Places to visit near the Harangi Dam Coorg

It is one of the best places to visit in Coorg. Many people like to visit Namdroling Monastery Golden Temple, which is close to Harangi Dam. There are only 9.4 km between this spot and Harangi Dam. The India temple that is second in size is this one. From Harangi Dam, you can visit this holy place withtory.

•    Dubare Elephant Camp: This is one of India's reserve woods, and it's in the state of Coorg. There are only 13.5 km between Harangi Dam and this spot. People who like the woods and outdoors mostly go there. Visitors can do many fun things there, like river rafting, bush safaris, boat rides, and more. Visitors must follow certain rules and hours when they visit this place.

•    The Chiklihole Reservoir: It is not as well-known as some other Coorg spots. It is also made over a stream that flows into the Cauvery River. Someone needs to buy a ticket to get into this pond.

How to Reach the Harangi Dam Coorg?

•    On the rails: There is no train connection. You need to get to Coorg first. From there, you can take a bus or a taxi, whichever works best for you.

•    By Car: NH 275 takes 33.0 km from Coorg to Harangi Dam on the road. Most people use the bus or cab to get around. This road is not for walking.

•    By bus: it only takes 45 minutes to get from Coorg to Harangi Dam, 33.0 km away along NH 275. There are several toll booths on this road. A bus goes along Guddemane Appaiah Gowda Road to NH 275 in Stuart Hill.

After that, buses go by Treebo Trend Brindavan after turning left at China Gate Junction. After that, the cars finally get where they're going. People who like nature also take this way to get to the Dam by bus because it is so beautiful.

No. Someone trying to book a tour package does not need to make full payment. There are three options to make the payment - 30%, 50% or 100%. One can choose any of the above-stated options to book the package.

30% option - Initially customer has to pay 30% for the booking confirmation. Within 24 hours hotel vouchers will be shared. Upon the hotel vouchers receipt, the customer has to release another 20% of the payment. The remaining 50% amount should be released one day prior to your travel date.

50% option - Customer has to pay 50% for the booking confirmation. Within 24 hours hotel vouchers will be shared. The remaining 50% amount should be released one day prior to your travel date.

100% option - Upon 100% of the payment, there is no due from the customer. We will be happy to provide service.  

•    After the payment is successful the customer/client will find an auto-generated invoice. Apart from that,  a confirmation mail and message will be sent to the client’s mail id and number respectively from the assigned tour manager.

•    If a client is booking on behalf of a family member or a friend, then he/she will have to have the basic details about the traveler. Like the starting city of the journey, desired length of the trip, contact details, and some more. It is very easy and convenient to book on behalf of someone.
