No. Someone trying to book a tour package does not need to make full payment. There are three options to make the payment - 30%, 50% or 100%. One can choose any of the above-stated options to book the package.
30% option - Initially customer has to pay 30% for the booking confirmation. Within 24 hours hotel vouchers will be shared. Upon the hotel vouchers receipt, the customer has to release another 20% of the payment. The remaining 50% amount should be released one day prior to your travel date.
50% option - Customer has to pay 50% for the booking confirmation. Within 24 hours hotel vouchers will be shared. The remaining 50% amount should be released one day prior to your travel date.
100% option - Upon 100% of the payment, there is no due from the customer. We will be happy to provide service.
• After the payment is successful the customer/client will find an auto-generated invoice. Apart from that, a confirmation mail and message will be sent to the client’s mail id and number respectively from the assigned tour manager.
• If a client is booking on behalf of a family member or a friend, then he/she will have to have the basic details about the traveler. Like the starting city of the journey, desired length of the trip, contact details, and some more. It is very easy and convenient to book on behalf of someone.
• Anyone who is booking tour packages with us will receive vouchers within 24 hours.
• A customer/client does not need to take any headaches regarding any bookings or their confirmation. Hotels will be booked by us and will also be confirmed. We will take all the responsibilities to make your tour go perfectly. Soon after the booking will be done, we will notify and confirm.
• NO. Clients/ Customers will not be needed to call the hotel and confirm their arrival. It is our duty to do so. When the customer reaches the hotel, the team will already be ready to serve them with all efforts.
• If the listed hotel is not available then we will immediately inform you about that and the next available hotel will be assigned for your stay. Next available hotel booking will be done after taking your consent and extra charges may apply based on the hotel.
